About Lessons/レッスンについて

  • Lessons are held on Zoom. Zoomを利用してレッスンを行います。
  • Lessons use a textbook and the Zoom whiteboard. レッスンでは教材とZoomホワイトボードを使用します。
  • The teacher uses an avatar and does not show their face directly. 講師はアバターを使用し、顔は基本的に表示しません。
  • Students are generally asked to turn on their camera and show their face during lessons. 受講者は基本的にカメラをオンにし、顔を映して受講してください。
  • Lessons are basically conducted in Japanese. レッスンは基本的に日本語で行います。
  • In principle, the textbook used is Minna no Nihongo. 教材は基本的に『みんなの日本語』を使用します。

Learning Attitude/学習姿勢

  • If a student shows little intention to participate or makes very little effort to learn, we may decline continued lessons. 参加する意思や学習への努力がほとんど見られない場合は、継続受講をお断りすることがあります。
  • Repeated absence without notice or continued non-participation during lessons may lead to suspension. 無断欠席や授業に参加しない状態が続いた場合は、受講を停止することがあります。
  • Please be respectful toward the teacher and anyone involved with the school. 講師や学校関係者に対して、礼儀と敬意を持って接してください。
  • Abusive, discriminatory, aggressive, or insulting remarks are not allowed. 暴言、差別的な発言、攻撃的な発言、侮辱する行為は禁止です。

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations/予約・変更・キャンセル

  • If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible. 予約の変更やキャンセルが必要な場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。
  • Repeated absence without notice may result in future bookings being declined. 無断欠席を繰り返した場合は、今後の予約をお断りすることがあります。
  • Detailed deadlines, make-up lessons, and refunds will be explained separately in the cancellation policy. キャンセル期限、振替レッスン、返金などの詳細は、キャンセルポリシーで別途ご案内します。

Questions/質問について

  • You may ask questions about lesson content at any time. レッスン内容については、いつでも質問できます。
  • You may also ask about Japanese language, culture, history, daily life, manners, and related topics even if they are not directly part of your selected course. 選択したコースに直接含まれていない場合でも、日本語・日本文化・歴史・生活・マナーなどについて質問できます。

Confirmation/確認事項<

After submission, we will review your application and contact you by email. You will not be redirected automatically to PayPal. 送信後、お申し込み内容を確認し、メールでご連絡します。PayPalへ自動的に移動することはありません。
